This is a scooter parking structure,
one of the few I have seen in or around Ho Chi Minh City. This structure is
next to an Addidas factory in an enterprise zone just outside of the city.
The adjacent factory has three shifts, each shift employing approximately
5000 young women making Addidas shoes. They park their scooters in this three-story
parking structure.
