This photograpahic series documents the ubiquitous los angeles apartment building and their often ornate address markings. "They are just addresses," I keep telling myself. There is no hidden meaning. 303, 1425, 844, 912... these are directions, guideposts, nothing more. But I can't convince myself. This number and that color come together and taunt me with suggestion, encryption and mystery. Thus, the skeptic succumbs to numerology.
